I booked this service last minute on a Friday and had an amazing experience. The driver was very patient and helped organize all our luggage perfectly. He spoke Chinese, Cantonese, and English, which made communication easy. There were no hidden costs, and the price was very reasonable. We also had a dog with us, and the driver was very accommodating, making our move from London to Birmingham smooth. I accidentally left a bag in the van, and the driver went out of his way to drive 1.5 hours back to return it. I’m so grateful for his excellent service.
