Very good experience! Rafal was polite, friendly and punctual. I received several calls before the appointed time from Rafal and was given updates of his trip (London traffic’s tricky). He was very helpful and careful with the luggages. My disassembled desks were wrapped by cloth to prevent from scratches. I understand moving can be stressful, and with the help of Rafal I felt bad relief. Highly recommend!
Rafael was good and hard working, initially quotes £88 for 20 boxes and few household items. Ended up being a lot more than that, the van was full to the brim! So gave another £40 on top which was fine with me. He helped lift all the heavy boxes upstairs then had to go to another job so my partner and I had to do the other half of the lighter stuff ourselves, this was also acceptable as I quoted Raf a smaller job than expected and he probably had other jobs to go to with the timings etc. Good moving guy who was polite and not lazy. I'd use his services again!

Really friendly guy who was helpful and throughout the delivery. We had a problem where Google maps was telling us there was no way to drive to my new place and it took us about an hour circling around the area to get there and he was patient and polite throughout (it wasn’t his fault google and Apple Maps were giving the wrong information for both of us). Super speedy at moving my many boxes and he definitely knows how to stack - the entire lot went in the lift in one go, where as I would have taken about 5 trips up and down. Would definitely recommend.
